Design Process Initiation.

For the design process to start, at least one half (½) of the total design cost must be paid now. All designs include one complementary design change if requested in writing by you (the client). Any additional design changes will be billed at an hourly rate of $50.00/hour.

Assignment of Project.

Royalty Productions & Services, LLC reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to insure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion.

Licensing & Copyrights.

Copyright to the finished assembled work produced by Royalty Productions & Services, LLC is owned by Royalty Productions & Services, LLC. Upon final payment of this contract, the client is assigned rights to use as promotional material, the design, graphics, and text contained in the finished assembled product. Rights to logos, photos, graphics, and work-up files are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of their respective owners. Royalty Productions & Services, LLC and its subcontractors retain the right to display graphics and/or finished assembled product as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.

Sole Agreement.

This agreement constitutes the sole agreement between Royalty Productions & Services, LLC and you, the client regarding this print design product. Any additional work not specified in this agreement must be authorized by a written change order.

Refund Policy.

If you halt work and apply by registered letter and email for a refund within 3 days, to Royalty Productions & Services, LLC, PO Box 453, Rancocas, NJ 08073; (support@royaltyps.com); Phone (609) 321-1256, work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate of $50/hour, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to you, the client. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate of $50/hour. No portion of this initial payment will be refunded unless written application is made within 3 days of the acceptance of these terms.
